Starbucks La Boulange line of Bakery Items in the MK yet?

If I want a pastry and I'm paying 5 bucks for it I want a FRESH one not one frozen and stored for 6 months and zapped in a microwave which purports to be 'Fresh'

If you want fresh pastries, why are you going to a plumber to have your eyes checked?

I mean perspective here.. we're talking about a coffee kiosk company... they aren't going to be making pastries onsite in your hotel lobby starbucks

Been dealing with the new offerings here since day one. General consensus among 30+ friends is the food offerings are a step back overall. Maybe it's a resistance to change? I dunno. Maybe if the company wasn't so intent on burning it's beans during roasting they could concentrate on other things. Don't want to sound too negative as they do have some great individual offerings. But Main Street is definitely less than what is was a while ago because of the change.
