A spider-man type ride would be GREAT for this..

And I think it would be great if George created a story from the ride that is Seperate from the actual movies..Sorta like spiderman. You aren't -IN- a scene from a movie, but you are in the Star Wars Universe. I don't think space would be a problem, A new building would probably have to be built, or atleast extended. But the parking lot is right behind Star Wars, steal some land from there, or, the Backlot Express is right next door, and it already closes after lunch, so Use it instead. I'd rather see another top-notch attraction added to MGM then keep a resteraunt.

if it's making money (the restaurant), I don't see them closing it. Expanding into the parking lot seems more logical to me. You wouldn't have to tear anything down, and it's already flat.

Yes, sort of the usual Star Tours , which is also related with the SW universe but not mixed with the trilogy, they could use some of LUCAS never-released material to create a new plot for the ride, since considering the amount of Star Wars fans in the world a new SW-related story would attract all of them to the Studios, once again profits go to Disney and Lucas. They can't lose!
