If it was going to be somewhere, I would try the star wars store in disney springs near the christmas store. I don't remember if they had it for sale there or not, but they had a lot of park items there.

We were at POFQ in May and they were available there. I think when they initially came out, there was a run on them, but I’m thinking the supply issue has caught up.
