Here's hoping this turns out better than the May 3-4 events. According to my friend who went on the 4th, Rise was down the whole night and Ahsoka was MIA (due to an actor issue), so she left a little disappointed given those were her two main priorities.

So they have all these cool Star Wars characters appearing. If only there was a place all the Star Wars characters could appear on a daily basis, maybe a piece of land just for Star Wars?

They have the costumes and bodies to fill them but they can't spend $20/hour for a Star Wars face character to interact with guests per their promise unless everyone spends even more money for a special party.

They really chose the annoying kid from that Rebels show a workaround character over Palpatine or any of the main characters from the PT or OT?

Also weird that Boba Fett isn't apart of this event when they already have a costume for him.

If you are keeping track of what they are doing with the D+ shows they are leaning heavily into the Filoniverse which includes Rebels. So it makes sense that they would include favorites from Rebels including Ezra and Sabine. Especially since the new Ahsoka series will also feature Sabine, and rumored to focus on searching for Ezra and Thrawn.

Will they be bringing back the helicopter lightsabers?

If you look at the Kenobi series trailer, series starts this weekend on D+, the answer is yes they will bring back the double-sided blade. Now whether they actually use it with the helicopter style during a fight, well that remains to be seen.

Here is a snippet that shows the use of the blade:

You can look up the whole trailer yourself.
