I will be down in Orlando on business starting Wednesday. Hope to get over to the expo and registration some time Thursday mid-afternoon. The family will fly down Thursday night. Staying at AKL.

doing the challenge from Coral C. First Challenge!!! Ran first Full Marathon here in January and signed up for Lumierre Challenge in November. Gonna be a runDisney kind of year. My bank account does not like me right now......
Hopefully will arrive early enough to hit the expo Thursday afternoon as I am driving down.

Just grabbed 2 -24 pack cases of Dasani from the hotel store for $6.39 each. Has to be one of the best deals on property!!! About $.27 per 12 oz bottle compared to $3.00 for a 20oz bottle in the park!!

I'm bringing electrolyte tablets with me to drop in my water bottle. Cheaper than what they charge for a bottle of Power Aid.

Glad I decided to bring my BCAAs. Will be adding a scoop or two to my water bottles.

@Mad Stitch, where did you see the heat advisory on runDisney? I've been checking weather.com and they have temperatures at start time for all three races in the low 60s and highs in the low 80s. I'm more concerned about the 50% chance of thunderstorms Saturday, since I'm running in the 10k.

I was thinking the same thing! I know it's all relative, but I thought the forecast looked perfect. If it's anything like the last two weekends, it should be fantastic, especially with the early start (I typically don't get my butt out the door until 8:30/9). Heat advisories for anything under the mid-90s makes me laugh.

Yeah, low 60s at start time, highs of low to mid 80s, sounds like great weather to me. I would think most runners should finish the half by 11:00...with expected temperatures in the 70s at that time, according to weather.com. That's not hot....
