I love the Jabba's palace idea but the big problem I have with it is that in order for it to have the rancor or Jabba then it would need to be set prior to episode 6. If they did that then it would mess with the time period for the rest of the star wars area... or do most people not really care about that?

I really think that the people who would care are people like us, and really I wouldn't get caught up in that detail... For me, it's about the overall experience and if it's immersive enough.

Reposting my idea regarding Hutts palace from another thread...

- Hutt's Palace attraction: Museum showcasing actual Star Wars screen-used props and bill it and things he's collected through "business dealings."

-Hutts Palace Dining: Higher end dining option with a giant Hutt AA presiding over entertainment (live and AA) with characters meals. You could also have planned "skirmishes" scripted during the "show" where they take away a live actor and then cut to the video version of same character who is then fed to the Sarlac or The Rancor (whichever the audience votes).

PS: for character interactions throughly SW..and if they go with "non-face" characters that still have have masks (Darth Vader) or make-up (Ahsoka), it would be AWESOME for them to go beyond the standard "mime" for guest interaction. Mickey now talks, so why can't Greedo or Boba Fett?

@ItlngrlBella I think that's a good point, now that you mention it I think id be happy it was even made and less concerned with its time period...
Btw, LOVE the idea of a talking Boba or Vader! I'm surprised the talking character initiative hasn't expanded to more characters than mickey already

I know I wouldn't care if the time frame wasn't consistent. I think more people would be upset if they didn't get the characters they connected with, no matter what period they are from. I guess the way around that issue would be to have it not be Jabba but a different Hutt who took his place, and they could have easily gone to Dathomir and picked up a new Rancor. There are lots of creative ways to blend it all together.

Here's my ideas:

An indoor Bounty Hunter stunt show taking the place where Indy sits at now. The theater and stage would be themed to the planet Kamino, thus making it one hell of a cold atmosphere. The story of the show will be about the Fetts (Jango and Boba) as told by the highly intelligent Kaminoans. We'll see the cloning facility and how it was later destroyed, we'll see how the remaining Clone Troopers transitioned into Storm Troopers, we'll even see Darth Vader commanding the 501st Legion. This show will be special effects heavy from pyro, water, lighting, authentic props, puppets, costumes, and rotating seats. It will be like none other, period.

I also toy with the idea of an indoor rollercoaster, where your a member of the Rebel Alliance and your mission is to seek out and destroy the Death Star.
