Well, George Lucas has said that the only Star Wars he is working on for now is episode 3. That will be out in 2005. He has also said that after episode 3, he wants to work on other projects. He wants to make movies that have nothing to do with Star Wars. So unless Disney offers him a new ride system or a lot of money, I would say not for another 5 years. But at the very least, it won't be before episode 3 is released.

Yea, he said he doesnt even know if he wants to make another Star Tours. So Disney will proabably have to offer him a Sh*t load of money to get him to do it.

but...some sort of reliable source did say it was already in production...few weeks back and I don't remember which one...thinking the Orlando Sentinel? It would not be very hard to make...personally, I'd rather see Disney make their own new simulator attraction in its place...based on what I've seen from Lucas of late.
