A while ago, maybe like a year or so, I was putting air in my tires very very late at night (or early in the morning, however you see it), about 0130 and out of nowhere this bus driver in purple pants (at the time they were, really kind of miss them in a way) came over from the bus service center to help me put air in my tires since he saw I was struggling a little bit with the hose (that tensioner at Hess by MK is really strong) since I was really worried about scratching my car. We then chatted for a bit since he really liked me car. It was freezing that night and I wished him good luck since I saw he rode a motorcycle out LOL. I stopped by GR the following weekend to say something nice and just hope that made the difference and I thought I'd share this here as well.
