Stacy still?

Hello!
When you stay at a WDW resort, there's that great Disney guide channel that gives an overview of the parks, DTD, etc.

The last several times we've been to WDW, the guide/hostess is this girl Stacy (über dork and annoying!)...is there a new WDW tv host these days? Been 11 months since our last visit.

10 more days!!!

I was extremely happy when they replaced Krissa.

If someone complains about Stacy, I immediately assume they never saw Krissa.

Krissa was just too much. I'm sure the girl herself was fine and they instructed and encouraged her to act like a dodo...but she was hard to take.

IMO.

I miss the Tip For Today.

I'm luck to have gone to WDW enough times that I don't need to watch her or anyone else tell me what the top 10 things to do at WDW are. BY the time I get back to the resort, I usually don't turn on the TV anyway. Part of my WDW experience is avoiding the tube for 2 weeks;).

My kids are obsessed with the Info Channel and the Duffy Bear Story Time Channel. I was at WDW this weekend and it is the same ole Stacy with some clever editing and voice overs.

I remember Krissa and I wanted to pretend-punch her in the head even more than Stacy -- who's pretty horrible. Horrible!!!!

All I know is that by keeping the same Stacy loop year after year (love her or hate her) seems cheap. Between new TT and new Fantasyland and the re-branding of DTD, there's plenty to update (dubbing over doesn't cut it). C'mon Disney! It's time! Gimme something new to watch as I get dressed at the hotel in the morning! :)

I'm at the Dolphin right now watching Stacy ...she's still here haunting me with "the must-do's". They definitely cut down the show quite a bit so I don't have to hear Miss Hyper explain each and every water slide in Blizzard Beach. They did add a short piece about the new Fantasyland (where you can dine like a beast).

I think Disney's cut this thing up as much as they can now and next step would be to really make a whole new show (with a new host?? Please?).

Stacey is by far the best of the top 10/top 5/Disney TV so far.

The 100 Years of Celebration one was good too, though the 5 people in the yellow shirts and the Park Hopper Ticket Mascot was kinda overkill....

....and Krissa... even more overkill.

And that song!!!!! Living it up? It's literally the most repetitive song I've ever heard.

My husband would like to chime in and say that her outfit (purple cardigan, pants and really bad shoes) is very "farty" - Hahahahaha
