SSR Location Requests

Just booked the Dining promo for a studio room at SSR for early Sept. and am wondering what the best way to go about requesting a specific location at the resort is? My mom uses a scooter and we'd really like to be at the Grandstand if possible. Do I add it to my check-in requests, use touring plans?? Usually when we'd rent points we'd make a room/location request when we'd book the DVC via the broker but since this was "cash" room, not sure how to go about?

There should be a space to make requests during online check-in, but it’s a multiple choice and might not include that option.

I’d call when you have some time to kill.

You can call reservations and ask them to put the request in for you and I would ask when you do your online check in

Stay at Saratoga often is our home resort
I would call and confirm your reservation and put a request in for were you
want to stay and then 2 weeks from when you arrive I usually call resort directly
and reconfirm my room request and have always been successful
