This is not about the "Steve Jobs/Woz" guy. It's about the man wearing the white lab coat in the previous "70's Supercomputer" scene.

As I pointed out in an earlier post, during this final rehab Disney changed his hair color from grey to black (someone must have thought he looked too old!)

Back when he was grey-haired, I thought he looked very familiar. Then it hit me --- it's the grandfather from Carousel of Progress!

Can anyone confirm he's got the same "face" ???

OMG, nice observation. I was thinking the guy looked familiar when I rode during previews last month, but I couldn't put my finger on it...I just checked the picture I took, and unfortunately it's too dark and fuzzy to tell if it's his "face."

Someone here will have a better shot, I'm sure .

Yeah because I wanted to see a bunch of different combinations. I think I rode it like 9 times total. Unlike everyone else, I enjoy the changes:shrug:

I enjoy the changes as well! The AA's are magnificent and with each modification in the script, I learn even more. Looks like we're Lone Nerds.

The changes to ascent alone make it better than the previous versions. The descent is just extra. I really like the blue starfield in the descent...purty.

Cronkite/Tomorrow's Child are in my top 10 happiest memories from all of childhood, but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate and enjoy the new stuff. There's nothing we can do to bring the old versions back, so whats the use in not finding the good in what we've got now? :shrug:

(Thank goodness for youtube so we can enjoy the originals though!)
