The 2 biggest complaints about UOR are that there are not enough for toddlers to do, and that the counter service options are weak. So they added something for toddlers and kicked up the counter service options. I don't really see any downside to this expansion.
If you look at the entirety of what USF is adding for 2013, you have a fairly significant expansion to the park. 1- E Ticket, 1- C Ticket, specialty Food and Beverage options, and park specific merchandise from 2 different IPs.

Nope. They actually already missed their intended opening date for the second half of the expansion. Now they just want it open as quickly as possible. I wouldn't expect any further announcements.
