I have read before that applications for the Spring College Program are available in August, but does anyone know when in August they are typically up on the website? Middle? End?

On the Spring 2010 FB group, people are saying that it should be up Aug 18th.

Just an update, people are now being told that the application will be up sometime between today and the first week of September.
