Spoodles - Cat Cora When?

Hi,

We are going to be in WDW the first 2 weeks of Sept. I hear Cat Cora is taking over Spoodles but does anyone know when? If it will be by then we will definately want to get a ressie there.

She isn't taking over Spoodles it's closing and a new restaurant is opening, not sure when though

Late summer 2009 is the latest we have on this.

I called Disney Dining today to make a ressie for Sept and was told they are not accepting reservations for Koussina yet. They do not have a reopening date yet and will not allow future ressies to be made until they do.

Look like I'll have to keep checking back,

Last I heard Spoodles was going to be closed for "Renovations" at the end of July through Aug. but things could have changed. I would suspect that Kouzina should be open by mid to late Sept. but don't quote me I'm just making an assumption due to the schedule that I had read.
