Do you think Baby Yoda's first word will be "dada" addressed to the Mandalorian?

I gotta go, there's something wrong with my eyes... they're leaking.

I do like that every episode so far has felt quite different. I think the second episode is the only one so far to really convince me I'm watching a Star Wars film on television rather than a Star Wars television show. Each has it's stand out moments however. Cool to see a Loth Cat, but I am a bit disappointed in the creature designs so far. Krill? Frogs? Walrus? Wooly Rhino? They all seem slightly tweaked from our world rather than really going out there. But I can't complain about execution as the effects work has been great.
Looking forward to more. (Eagerly awaiting local favorite Bill Burr to show up.)

I love how every episode is different and we are seeing the main character evolve without losing his edge much. This was fun.

I'm curious if the girl or her mother will end up being significant. Feel like they might show up in season two.

They definitely hinted at them being back. This chapter felt more like a traditional television series but also had some great cinematic sequences. I can't help but think they have been cut from much longer episodes down to the 30+ minutes we've been getting. Wonder if we will get an 8 hour version someday.

Gina is a lot bigger looking(muscle wise) than she was as a fighter... her acting was pretty good too.. she fits this role well I think. Baby Yoda is amazing... this episode didn't seem to push the narrative to much forward.. but it's a show and shows can get a bit more detailed and flesh things out. So I'm loving it and can't wait till next Friday.

What I like about Gina, is it's obvious she knows how to fight. Her kicking butt feels 100% natural.

As far as the episode goes, it had a lot of humor. It felt the most like a tv show of the 4 episodes so far. It's just killing me I have to wait a week for the next episode. The chapters are so short I just don't feel like I'm getting my fill. And if that's my biggest complaint, I think we're doing OK.

Killing him now would possibly be one of the boldest, most horrendous events to occur in television. I'd be concerned for the people's mental health if that were to happen though. Plus the subscription cancellation blow-back.

It would make for a great John Wick type show heel turn though in an alternate sadistic universe.

For now I'm just content that he was able to bring balance back to the fandom, people actually uniformly like something in Star Wars again!

I was impressed how they made the AT-ST really imposing and intense as a weapon of war. We previously saw them tripping over logs, in one of the franchise's less stellar installments, so this was nice to see.

The action scenes are much smaller in scale than what we see in the movies, but still feel very cinematic and impressive.

A lot of people complain that about the show being doled out in short installments, but I like it. First of all, it's a TV show, that's how it's supposed to be. Second, this show wouldn't work well in large doses in my opinion. The slow pace works for TV and the weekly installments. If the first four episodes had been released all at once, people would binge it like a movie and be complaining they just spent two hours watching it only to have very little happen, plot wise.
