I really loved this weeks episode. It was very emotional and beautiful.
I really enjoyed it.
Twitter is freaking out that she's not Inhuman... which we all knew from the start. Perlmutter destroyed Inhumans as a viable group. It'll take a while until they're rehabilitated. But it seems, the X-Men are definitely out on parole.
I like how Twitter is all freaking out because Bruno said "mutation", that doesn't automatically mean X-Men or even the X gene (now I do know they played the X-Men theme but still...). It could still very well be dormant Kree DNA becoming activated by the bangle, ala the MCU form of terrigenesis. And who do we know that is an expert on the Kree who just happens to have had a cameo in EP6 and will be starring with Kamala in The Marvels....
Also remember we just had Black Bolt in the MCU. So while I wouldn't expect a new Inhuman show or movie any time soon, I don't think Feige is keeping them banished any longer either.
Yes I'm aware they played the theme in the background, I even said the same in my post, guess you missed that. They also played a little of the X-Men animated theme song after he said the word mutation so yeah I'm guessing that she is 100% a mutant.

That in itself is not a smoking gun however. Yes Feige could decide that Kamala is now a mutant. Or it could just be a simple Easter egg for fans, as a wink to whats coming in the near future. Or it could be a fake out by Feige, remember Ralph from WandaVision.... So I wouldn't put it past him to do that again as a way to get more attention to The Marvels.
We'll have to wait and see how it plays out in The Marvels next year.
To be clear Inhumans are mutants too, so yeah no matter what she'll be some kind of mutant.Nah, she is definitely a mutant.
Or being exposed to the mind stone. Since Agatha seemed to indicate that Wanda had innate powers.Another thought, they could just do away with the separate groups by melding the two origins together and just call them all "mutants", since that is what they both are anyways.
They can still have the Kree do genetic stuff to early humans, which is what causes the latent mutated gene to form, I'll call it the MCU-Gene. And then by exposing a person with the MCU-gene to alien tech like the 10 Rings or the bangle causes the MCU-gene to activate and powers to form. We saw that with Shang-Chi and now with Kamala.
And now that I think it about it more that is very possible what they're going to do. The Marvels is now looking even more interesting.
Call it being exposed to anything cosmic. Which would explain how Carol getting exposed to the Space stone activated her powers, same with Monica and crossing hex barrier in Westview.Or being exposed to the mind stone. Since Agatha seemed to indicate that Wanda had innate powers.
Which now that I expand upon that, is this how we also get the F4 into the MCU as well? Interesting possibilities when you go down this path......Call it being exposed to anything cosmic.
