Really enjoyed it!

But what’s with all the grumpy people in here who can’t enjoy the cheesy and hilarious mid-credits moment?

Maybe it’s because I love musical theatre… but I was STOKED they gave us the full thing. I am shook that they shot the entire thing.
I enjoyed the post credit scene - and personally would watch the crap out of a full production of Rodgers The Musical - but I was disappointed there wasn’t another post credit scene being a teaser for something to come. Something with maybe Echo or Yelena or even Jack could have been neat.

We are all preconditioned this point to expect teasers for future MCU stuff.

I rather enjoyed the show, loved the buddy cop elements with Kate and Clint. Yelena stole every scene she was in. The humor and character warmth was what I love and look forward to with Marvel.

I just feel like the last episode was too rushed and too much was less not developed properly. Seemed like an extra episode or two would have really helped. Kingpin should have been introduced earlier and given more backstory to introduce him to folks unfamiliar with the comics or Netflix shows. It also would have been better to have Kate’s mom get more time after the reveal to show her role and make her plan to leave seem less haphazard. (It also could have allowed for Jack to have a more realized role as The Swordsman.)

I was really disappointed in the watch. I mean okay it has sentimental value but does it actually do anything? Why the heck did the bad guys even want it?

Loved seeing the trick arrows and costumes. Hope we see more of Clint before we go full on Kate. Was hoping the dog would do something significant

Clint bringing Kate to his “safe” home that is off the books didn’t feel right. Not needed.

It's nice to see the Marvel/Netflix characters show up in MCU canon.... however, with the multiverse also in canon, we can't be sure yet whether Donofrio/Kingpin and CharlieC./Daredevil are the real MCU versions and the Netflix versions represent a different universe, OR, it's all one universe.

Good and convincing arguments can be made either way, IMO, and the vloggers who explain things may not be right... and considering their track record, often aren't (because they lean too much on the comics to fill in the blanks and the MCU very specifically veers from the comics).

And then there's the ABC/MarvelTV Agents of Shield, which could be an even other universe... or the same. (It could be that several agents get the code name "Mockingbird" to explain the different actresses).

I'm not a big musical guy anyway, but as was said before, I've been trained to expect some sort of a setup for the future. Since the finale didn't really do it, I expected the credit scene to do it, and it ended up just an extended cut of something from episode 1. I mean, it's fine, you can call me grumpy, but I expected more.

It’s totally fine to expect more, or be disappointed by no big tease.

The way the comments came across was that the credit scene was garbage, bad, not good, shouldn’t have been done.

I thought it was perfectly fitting for the vibe this show has had.

Are Broadway musicals really that bad? Was this a parody? I'm not clear. I was waiting for a cameo from a Marvel character in the audience.

Yes, that was *not* good musical theater. The lyrics were awful. The entire Battle of New York was wrapped up in one song. Hardly any real dancing or choreography. It downplayed Clint's role (he's a nice guy) and included Ant-Man (who wasn't in the final cut of the Battle). Clint pointed that out from the audience.

In fact, the song trivialized almost all the Avengers:

The Hulk is incredible, smashing things up
While Iron Man takes to the sky
Captain America’s strong
And that Thor is a god
And Lord know they’re easy on the eyes
Black Widow’s a knockout, that can knock you out
And when Ant-Man flies you won’t hear a sound
While Hawkeye seems cool, like a really nice guy
He just wished that New York wasn’t their battleground

But it was meant to be bad. So, it hit its mark!

As far as cameos, you can see the composers of the song, Marc Shaiman (as musical stage director) and Scot Wittman (in the tux over Marc's shoulder) 'in the audience.' Something which several "Things You Might've Missed" vlogs missed. ;)

Did you notice the watch said "Agent 19"...

Agents of Shield is pretty much non-canon at this point. Same with the Netflix shows.

With the Multiverse now official in the MCU they both can and should be canon now, they are in their own pockets of the Multiverse.

What will make it even more interesting is if Laura Barton's real name ends up being Bobbi Morse. Or if we learn that Agent 19, and the code name Mockingbird, are passed from Agent to Agent sort of like how the 00x is in the Bond universe.

In addition with the Netflix versions of King Pin and Daredevil being introduced into the MCU this month, its safe to say at least those are canon in some pocket of the Multiverse.

Hawkeye's kingpin and Daredevil's kingpin are not the same character. They're notably different.

We have confirmation that Kingpin and Daredevil from Netflix is the same Kingpin and Daredevil in Hawkeye/MCU.

"It's absolutely the same guy," the actor confirms to Yahoo Entertainment.

Guess that puts that argument to rest, all the Netflix characters are canon. It was so obvious anyways that its silly to think they weren't the same characters from the same universe. I mean at the very least you have to expect the Multiverse explanation would be at play if they aren't the same exact versions of the characters from Netflix.
