Splashing Fountains on in December?

This is the first time I've been with my child, so I've never really paid attention to all the fountains that kids splash in before. Are they on in December? Like the ones at Donald's Boat and I think Ariel's Grotto for example? I'm really not into my DD3 getting wet if it's a little chilly outside- but are they hard to avoid? Thank you!

Last December, the fountains at Pooh's Playfull Spot and Donald's Boat were off during our visit. Those are the only ones that I distinctly remember not being on, but I'm pretty sure none of them were.

It has been cold down here for the past 3 weeks... which is soooo uncommon. Frost on the ground in rural settings (where I live) in the early morning. I am about 10 miles from WDW. So, I suspect the splashing fountains will be off unless we have a major turn in weather events.

Good news... Hurricanes don't like cold weather. ;o)

PS: the frost has only occurred 3-5 times in the past 3 weeks and frost doth not mean a freeze. It is radiational frost which is some weird frost that can occur above freezing temps. However, it has been as low as 35 degrees on my property in the last 3 weeks. Regardless, take sweatshirts or sweaters one and all cause once that sun sets.... brrrrrrrr!.

The play fountains by Test Track and on the bride to World Showcase have been on in the past few weeks when it's been in the lower 40's. I will check tonight as well but I believe they will still be on. You can avoid them though.
