I've experienced rides down times and my only expectation was maybe the standard return FP, if say the shuttered ride = loss of my FP, or I'd been in line for like an hour when it stopped running. If something is cancelled due to weather, WDW gets a pass.

At some point though, if most the park isn't operating, I'd likely *politely* bring it up with somebody.

Sorry, but a purchase is a purchase. If I'm paying for product, I expect it to be provided.

I hold WDW to the same standard as any other business.

To be fair, I return to WDW because they have had a long history of very good customer service, like automatically giving a replacement FP when a ride goes down.

For that matter, Universal has also generally been very good with their customer service. If something isn't right, the often try to make up for it without us even saying anything to anyone.

Thanks for the mess you left us Bob Iger!
Are you blaming Bob for Covid19? Anyway, Disney stock is a screaming buy at this level. Disney is setup for the streaming customers and has a very bright future. The parks are going to take off once the world gets over it's Covid19 mess. Star Wars, Disney Animation, Pixar, Pandora, and Marvel blow every other themeparks IP company out of the water. Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN Plus and Hotstar blow Netflix away. In another year or two everyone will be amazed at the success of The Walt Disney Company.

They do need to work on some of these rides. I was there for my last morning on 3/6 and went for early morning hours. Stuck on the people mover for 30 min. and had to be evacuated. My first fast pass was for Haunted Mansion and it was down for the entire day they said. Also, Haunted Mansion was down when we visited a few days before. I don't understand all these breakdowns when they are charging you so much to get in the parks.
