Splash is great but one ride a visit im ok. Ee i can ride again and again. Splash is a fun disney ride that has all the disney feels. Ee i was speechless and stunned that such an amazing and fun ride exists (i went in with no spoilers). Splash feels like what it should. Ee stuns. Ee wins.

EE, for definite, the build up in the queue is fantastic, for a roller coaster it is quite a long ride, and with the forward drops, backward drops, outside, inside, a very comprehensive ride. Couldn't miss EE on a visit to Animal Kingdom, and ride a few times a day if possible. Splash on the otherhand whilst it is a must ride on WDW trip, if we only ride it once, that is okay.

Love Splash when it's boiling hot outside and you get your first dowsing of water. EE is great anytime. Love them both, especially if the wait time is short!!!

Splash is the better overall ride. While I enjoy Everest, it suffers from "get-them-to-the-gift-shop-itis" that every other Disney coaster has (with the sole exception of BTMRR and maybe, MAYBE Space Mountain, but I wouldnt know because Space needs to be recycled and I haven't intentionally stepped inside since 2011). Once you're really getting into the ride, you're at the unload station.

At ten minutes, Splash is the perfect ride duration for a log flume.

Everest has always been a disappointment for me. A good coaster with a weak storyline, no music, and limited visuals.

Splash has great music, a cohesive story, animatronics, and thrills. One of Disney's best.
Weak storyline? Compared to Splash’ storyline, you can’t call it weak. Everest has a solid storyline. So does Splash but the story is based on a 1940s movie that few contemporary guests are familiar with. And not even the original story but a bowdlerized one.

Limited visuals? Do you wear blinders when you ride Everest? The view of AK is one of the best park views at WDW. Aerophile alone may exceed it.

Music isn’t always called for. And it’s absence on the ride is irrelevant compared to the music and detail in the queue.

Broken Yeti? Meh. The last time I rode Splash near half of the animatronics were broken. This post is as of today and Splash suffers from a severe case of deferred maintenance. What other attraction’s ride vehicles have sunk their passengers?

EE all the way! That’s my vote and I’m sticking to it.

Expedition Everest is a very overrated attraction. The theme and story is great, but it's the ride experience that is lousy. If you break down the roller coaster experience you suddenly realize that it's a terrible roller coaster layout. It has far too many helices and in the same direction of travel.

I was fortunate enough to ride Everest when the Yeti was fully operational in the first summer. The finale is what made this ride and the disco Yeti adds nothing to the experience. It's hard for many of you to even know what a huge impact the Yeti had since the majority of riders have never experienced it in operation.
