Splash Area Question

OK so I was reading a WDW Trivia book and it references a water playground called the laughin place at WDWs Splash, now in all my trips I can't remember seeing this nor can I find it on any maps around. Can anyone clue me in what this might be or might have it been around before the queue was modified for fast pass?

There is a play area under the train bridge near Splash. I assume this is what the book may have been talking about.

You pass it on your right when you go under the railroad to get your FP. It's just a little playground for young kids to play on while the rest of the family rides SM or while parents child swap.

It is a little playground area to your right under the railroad. It does not have any water play that I remember, just a slide a couple of things to climb on.
