Spiderman VS ROTM

I like the Mummy better. The sp. fx might not be as good, but the coaster part(s) is/ are really cool. I love the airtime you get right after the 2nd (up hill) launch. The backwards part is kinda dull though, and the fake ending didn't get me. What do ya'll think?

Well IMO, Spider Man is 10x better than ROTM. Spider Man is on par with anything Disney has ever done and ROTM is just an average ride, IMO. The queue and first two rooms of ROTM are wonderful, but the rest of the ride (aside from the *SPOILER * little surprise room *SPOILER END*) is very poor.
Sure ROTM is alot better than Kongfrontation (It's not like that was hard) and it is a wonderful attraction, but for me it's definately not in the same league as Spider Man.

I like them both, but since I have ridden Spiderman hundreds of times, I prefer RotM now.
To me, rollercoasters and thrill rides have better staying power than dark rides, as even if you know what is going to happen around every bend in the track, it can still be thrilling.
Spiderman does not do it for me anymore, the ride seems much more timid than it once did.

but how u can say that is par with everything disney ever did is insane.....on that comment it seems like ur jus saying it b/c u ur an anti universal person i would also like to kno wut u think disney has that is that much better then it...IMO that is the best ride ive ever been on....theres nothing like it......
and for every1 who said it sure u will get tired of riding it after u are on it 200 times no matter what ride it is

For Universal to create something that is as good as Disney's best, that is quite a compliment. In no way am I anti Universal, actually I spend one day a year on UO property. I would personally rank Tower of Terror and Splash Mountain ahead of Spider Man right now (And of course PERSONALLY I would rank Alien Encounter higher than all attractions). Spider Man is absolutely wonderful, but I would not rank it higher than Tower of Terror or Splash Mountain.

I like the Mummy a whole lot better. Personally, 3d, simulator rides just don't thrill me over and over. Don't get me wrong, i think Spiderman is an amazing attraction, I just like riding Mummy much better. The actual physical motion and speed is what does it for me. Plus, I loved the Mummy movies.
