I love TE but your local teppanyaki may be equal or better. TE is great because everyone is actually Japanese. If you do lunch get there early for the opening ceremony.
The staff does a Japanese greeting and bowing. Less than a minute. It's nice if you happen to be there waiting to be seated, but definitely not a must-see."Opening Ceremony"?
They have Sukiyaki rice now. Not fried rice, which is different and served with Chinese food not Japanese.Do they do fried rice now? I remember going years ago and they had no fried rice because it takes too long.... Am I crazy?
