Speedway/Hess near DTD ?s

Hi all!

I'm wondering if driving to the Speedway station near DTD involves getting mired in DTD traffic. I'm landing on a Thursday around 1:30 and need to stop somewhere for water and juice and stuff before I check in to POR at 3. I've never stayed over that way before or visited that Hess so I don't know if I'm better off stopping somewhere else (or if I'll pass the Boardwalk Hess on my way from MCO to POR).

Also, anyone know if the DTD Speedway has Dunkin Donuts iced coffee machines?

I can't help with the DD at Speedway part either, but do have another option. If you are taking the southern route out of MCO (417 to exit 6), there is an actual DD shop just north of the intersection with S. Apopka Vineland Road (first intersection off the ramp), and a Walmart just south of the same intersection.

The Speedways here by me have iced coffee machines, can't say whether the Hess stations have been upgraded yet.

Speedway definitely does not have a relationship with Dunkin Donuts coffee, as they sell their own. However all Speedway stations I have been to have had iced coffee machines. I have not been to the Speedway by DTD yet but I'd be shocked if they didn't have one there.

Oh, mannnnnn...I didn't even stop to think that no more Hess meant no more DD. I hope I like Speedway coffee.

Have you thought of trying the Speedway by the Boardwalk? There would certainly be no construction that's happening around their Downtown Disney location.
