Many schools have soda vending machines. In many cases, Coke or Pepsi have paid the school for machine placement, or offered a cut of the profits, donated a scoreboard, etc. In this day of school budget cuts, districts feel they must take the money and hope for the best.
PETA--do they have a point, or are they so radical that no one pays serious attention to them?
