Special things for kids....

Make sure you give Downtown Disney a thorough run-through. Theres lots of stuff there for kids in all age groups. Teenagers love the Virgin Megastore and DisneyQuest, children can chill at the Lego playground for hours and the adults have plenty of cool places to shop and eat at. Definitely worth dedicating an afternoon to.

Waterparks area also a crowd pleaser. Blizzard Beach is my personal favorite.

One of the things I like to do with my family when I'm down there is to make sure we have at least one special meal every day. Whether it be a character meal or a nice sitdown restaurant its a good way to make vacation memories. It doesn't even have to be an expensive or exceptional joint....The Pecos Bill Cafe at MK has been a longtime favorite of ours and it is basically a fast food joint with atmosphere.

Make some plans but be prepared for anything!! If you are near a Disney Store or Disney Outlet check out the pins there. I just bought several for our trip next year because they were 50%off so they were cheap for the kids to trade w/CM's. Our last trip we had our 2 kids and 2 nephews & 1 niece ages 2-15! The one thing every kid wanted for their own was a group photo with the characters printed up on the bottom. You know the CM's come up and take your pic in front of the castle, Sorc. Hat etc..according to the theme park. One magnet from each park was also something they liked. But the pennies became an instant hit! The boys also bought their photo on ToT. You might also give each one a disposable camera of their own to take photos of what they want!
I would highly suggest having each one read over a guide book to pick a few must sees! (but then I am hooked on the guide books!)
