Special Offers for Mid-August?

My girlfriend and I are considering a trip to Disney in August; between work and school, the only days we'd be able to go would be 8/11-19.

I'm not very knowledgeable on what special offers, if any, might be available in mid-August or when they would be announced. I know free dining doesn't begin until 8/25, so we're out of luck there. What do you think the chances are for discounts during this time? It wouldn't make or break the trip for our budget, but I'd like to know how diligently I should be checking the for deals.

We recently got a 30% room discount PIN code good for most dates from May 24 through Aug. 14, but I don't know how they decide who gets those offers. We're doing free dining instead Aug. 25-31.
