I heard that near one of the country's a cast member gives tickets to a veiwing area on one of the boat docks. Dose anyone know if this is true.

Not tickets exactly I don’t believe. The docks are used for VIP viewing, yes. Mexico tends to be friends of the RoE crew. Canada and Morocco friends of authorised cast.
