Hello WDW Community!
Been lurking here for a while and just now registered. Anyways, I'm coming to Disney in 2 years and I'm going to propose to my girlfriend.
She LOVES Tangled. Especially the floating lantern scene. I think it would make her dreams come true if I could propose to her during Wishes from one of the offered boat rentals and then fly one of these lanterns from the boat after the fireworks end.
I feel like this is a longshot because I'm sure they would be worried about safety and fire hazards, but I'm posting this here because I appreciate the insight that this board has provided during my time reading and I know that some are very well connected or "in the know."
Does anybody think I'd have a shot of pulling this off? Does anyone know of a person that I could plead my case to to try to make this dream come true?
