Amazing video! Very happy we can see this, thank you for sharing this!

I'm still gawking over this, the 1994 SSE is my favorite version and to still see it live on in different ways just makes my heart warm and fuzzy.

I think it's still her bed. If you slow it down you can see the suitcase with the red/pink fabric draped over it that matches the photo taken behind the curtain a while back. You can even see her slightly at the end of the bed. You're just sort of turning around it between the two glimpses.

After watching it 25 more times, I believe you are right. The perspective hides her so well from the first angle.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around what this is though, I can't tell if it's her bed behind her or if it's the other bed with the dad since it looks like an arm, head and grey shirt.

The picture appears to be the lady, the post, and whatever the gray dome thing that you can see here is

How does this match up with this?

Go to 2:21… it’s the same scene but the placement of the figures seems to be off?

No diagram that I'm aware of. The closest I know is the mockup and previsual video of the 1994 descent that has been referenced in this thread. At 2:45 you have the previs of the scene in question. Followed by behind the scenes and static shots of the same scene at 3:30.

This has been a backburner project of mine for a while now. It’s extremely difficult to visualize, let alone explain, because of how they compacted everything in the space. The foreground sets are on the right side of the track, and the background sets (& mural) are above the left side of the track reflected into the glass on the other side. The mom, Dr. Nap, the doctor, and the archaeologists are pepper’s ghost reflections. The father and daughter, Dr. Nap’s grandparents, the parents speaking to the doctor, and Eddie are all physical sets visible from the ride path (or would be if the curtain wasn’t currently in the way.

To see the mom, seemingly the only set that’s visible right now, you’d have to look up and be lucky. You can see the top and bottom of the sets on the opposite side if you have a light with you, or so I’m told. (Don’t use a light unless you’ve got a good gap of empty cars all around you. Be courteous)

Thank you!! Pardon all my questions, so does that mean the lady on the bed was technically on the opposite side of the track?
