Spaceship Earth

I recently returned from a 1 week stay at Walt Disney World. We went to EPCOT and have never tried riding Spaceship Earth but this time we did. There was a line-up but no complaints. All i'm going to say is this, this ride is the most relaxing and moving ride ever. It may sound corny but it's not meant to be. I learned alot from this ride and it taught me that if it wasn't for our past we may not have had so many luxuries.

Anyways, if you have not tried it, TRY IT NOW! :xmas:

Yeah, it's a great ride. But disney can do better. IMHO, it needs a makeover. Some things are out of date.

Yeah, the ride is sooooooo relaxing. I think the only bad things are: some of the later scenes need to be updated and given a fresh look, and if there is ANY way they could fix it, I wish they could get the track fixed a bit because it's kind of bumpy!

Agree totally. It's still a family favorite. I especially enjoy the BBQ smell!

I love Spaceship Earth, but I would greatly support an overhaul if it stayed true the the feeling and idea of the current ride. Even a new ride system would be nice if it stayed an interesting and movie journey through the growth of technology, humanity and the sharing of information and culture.


And I'd be happy with either Cronkite or Irons.
