I can assure you that the video is changed often. Just within the past year I have seen the angels win a world series, snow storms, and most recently the Chinese astronaut.
However, they already have plans to do something with that. From what I heard and read it's a Little mermaid attraction. I think it's pretty much set in stone so to speak. It goes along with Epcot's Project Gemini.
IMO Nothing is planned for that, at least not in the near future...
