your RnRoller stuff looks good. did you get your plans off ebay and translate them? (that's the way I'm doing it)

Djali999:
I've already done the CA version of POTC, check out the club. Most of the good material I've found is for that vesion. The way I did my drawing of the FL version was taking the CA one, breaking down the sets into groups. then placing them into the shell of the FL building.

I'll see what I can do about getting a jpeg of the FL POTC into my album

hey.

yeah, I've found that, it's really nice. I ask because I'd like to do up a large size schematic of Pirates at DL (and later WDW). would you be willing to share your source material or, save that, your original large size illustrations?

the one you have of Pirates (the main bulk of the ride) I can work with. I've gotten really stuck on the skeleton caves and Blue Bayou however (I can get the basic shape but not the exact object placement).

my Mansion stuff is here: http://www.grimghosts.com/secrets/SClayout.html

although it's hard to tell in that ultra downgraded version, I even put in accurate props and placements. once I get some better photos of the Load Area additions at WDW I'm gonna have to update that version.

that large size map of DL and DCA is amazing.

Dude, I have no idea how to do that stuff.
Those are the real layouts straight from Vekoma.
I am thinking of getting No Limits and trying to do RnRC, though.

someone on this subject has an old photo of an original model of space mountain as it was being designed. when asked where he located that pic, he said on the WDW Explorer CD Rom. So, now I'm trying to find out about that.

How can I get my hands on the WDW Explorer CD Rom?

They only had 2 versions if I am correct. I have the 2nd version with Animal Kingdom only as a preview (this was before it opened). I bought it at The Disney Store years ago. It's a lot of fun.

However, I have no idea how to extract the photos.

"Print Screen", then take it off the clipboard in a graphics editor. ;)

for those who wish to know: it's a CD-ROM from the late nineties which offers photos and sounds from the attractions, as well as some "behind the scenes" stuff. try e-Bay if you really want it..

It's a great CD rom. There are tons of pictures and video and games. Tinkerbell is your curser and there are even hidden Mickeys in the pictures. When you find 10, something special happens!
