Space Mountain ride seats

I know this is a way out there question, but does anyone know if they made the seats any larger when they refurbished the ride? I'm a rather big guy and for the most part it is only the seats on SM that I find shall I say a bit uncomfortable.

Seats are the same size as before the refurb. I don't think they changed anything about the rockets at all (maybe with the exception of removing the glow in the dark stripe from the sides)

Try asking for seat 6 when you ride. Not only is the ride better, but it has more legroom.

Seat 6 does whip you around quite a bit more than the other seats on the rocket, making for a more enjoyable ride for us thrill seakers

Yep, seat 6! I find seat 1 kinda dull....and scary for my head lol When I sit in the front, I feel like I will hit something

I don't care for seat 1 either, but since the rehab made the interior of the mountain virtually pitch black it's much, much harder to see anything no matter where you sit.
