Space Mountain Rehab

Does anyone have any information on the rumored rehab of Space Mountain? I was planning to go to WDW in August but might postpone if Space Mountain will be rehabed by the time Mission Space opens around May.

I don't believe they have announced a rehab date for Space Mountain yet. I'll let you know anything if I hear of a date though.

Somehow I doubt Space Mountain would go down in August for a planned extended rehab... If I remember correctly... last time it was late January, early February, right after Splash Mountain's rehab (although I could very well be mistaken...)

I don't think that there is a rehab in august, so don't worry! When is the splash mountain rehab though? I haven't heard about that one! :hammer:

My guess is that it would go under rehab the same time as last year... January... when crowds are low, and it's cold out...

EXTREMELY DOUBUTFUL..... i cant stress that enough.... maybe in the future, but Disney has many more priorities.

i'm not sure about when the rehab, but i read on a rumor site that fed-ex was dropping the sponser, and ups might be picking it up.

I heard that awhile ago, but there are still Fed Ex signs all over the place when you get off the ride.

When I was there in 2nd week of Feb. Splash Mountain was just finished re-hab and Space mountain was closed for re-hab. So I think your going to be safe.
