Space Mountain question

Hello, I've looked all over the internet and have not been able to find a picture of the station where you load onto the Space Mountain station. Do you load inside the mountain and then go outside to get in the cannon? Just curious, Thanks!!! (I'm building a recreation of it on a computer.)

So there is no external loading or queue area? (other then the entrance to the queue)

Not as far as I was aware. Granted it's been 5 years since my last visit.

Incorrect - load and unload is in a satallite building at the base of the cannon, outside the mountain. The ride itself is inside the mountain after the load loop and cannon :wave:

The standby queue winds through the base of the ride, merges with FP, then both lines weave their way back through the mountain to the exterior load station.
