Can anyone tell what this steel-chrome pot-like thing on the table is?




I'm working on modeling this diorama in Blender but I'm struggling with some of the details. Looks like it could be some sort of tureen or fondue pot. I might be overthinking this and it might just be a metal pot with a ladle in it, but if anyone knows let me know! Thanks

It looks like an upended pot to me, but I presume it's supposed to represent a "futuristic" new shape for a cloche or plate cover.
