Space Center

[Lightyear]

I need a little help with a Space Center/Beach ending to my July Disney trip. Cocoa Beach hotels seem to be booked up. Are there any other cities that I could go to? My kids have never seen the ocean (hubby can't stand the beach) the only way I can convince him to go beachfront is the space center idea. Any help is appreciated.
