Umm, no. Just reflective aquarium pebbles. Literally.
It's all either the larger glass pebble or smaller shiny gravel.

My speculation.

Are these circles on the ground supposed to represent the solar system. As closer as you get to the building, you see mars, and further back, you see the other planets.

Each pic is of a different circle.

I took pictures of 12, but I don't think i got them all.

Also, man holes are painted silver in the area and water access circles are silver as well, but identicle in size to the planet circles.

I don't see the blue and green planet I recall walking ontop of in my pics. They all resemble different stylized planets. Think Star Trek terms like classifications of planets.
