I want to purchase a souvenir for my 15 coworkers. They all vary in ages; however, I’m not sure what to buy. Does anyone have any suggestions? My budget is around 40$. Unfortunately, I can’t buy

I’m assuming your budget is $40 total? If so your gonna have trouble finding something for less than $3 pp. I would recommend buying some Disney snacks as a communal souvenir. (I see your original post is cut off, so I’m hoping it wasn’t supposed to say “I can’t buy food.”)

$40 total or $40 per person?

If its total then you're gonna have a hard time.
You'll just have to see what you can get for about $2.50+tax each.
Maybe buy a few packages of reusable straws or pencils etc.

If its $40 each person then I'd say that's too much to spend.
I'd get magnets or keychains for each which will run you more like $6-$12 each.

Not really souvenirs, but I sometimes pick up a couple of the small Mickey head rice krispy treats for a few of my friends.

A co-worker knew I was a big Disney fan. She asked me lots of questions and for advice before her trip. When she got back she brought me a Mickey mouse key ring as a keepsake to say thanks. It was nothing big or expensive but I still have my keys on it 10 years later. She thought enough of me to purchase it.

I don't know what kind of job you have, but I went when I was a math teacher, so I got all my coworkers a big eraser(they were in Animal Kingdom, of all places) that had a picture of Goofy on it and said "For Big, Goofy Misteaks" (having trouble getting spell-check to allow me to spell it wrong, as it was on the eraser).

My coworkers loved the small reusable disney bags you can purchase at all gift shops. They use them to bring in their snacks or lunch or if it’s my lucky day, chocolate for the candy jar😀

How about some Goofy Taffy? A couple of boxes, placed in the employee break room, have been a huge hit at my workplace after the last couple Disney trips. It's delicious, with a variety of flavors, and travels well.

Edit: I just saw @Walter Elias Disney suggested taffy as well. Great minds...? 😉

Resort or Park specific cups/napkins? What? You meen they don't do specific anymore. Oh well, back to the pressed pennies.

I like to take the complimentary WDW coasters made of cheap paper that they put in your hotel room. It's a nice, "free" momento. But if you can do the pennies, do it. They will be more unique.

We are big fans of Starbucks here in the UK and get on well with our local staff.
Disney Starbucks Frappuccino cups are very cute and with the Disney parks logo they are unique.
So, we keep the cups and wash them out to give to our local Baristas who always love them.
It’s a great free gift and we will usually purchase the drinks in the names of our local staffers so it becomes a personal gift too!
By the end of our trip we typically have enough for everyone.

Don't they still sell multi packs of Mickey shaped lolly pops? You would really need to find something that comes in a multi pack that you can split, as I don't think there is much there individually. Perhaps the small mini figure packs? Those are really small though, like an inch high, but they are in that $1-2 per price point when you split the figures up.
