My mother, son and his G/F are flying down to Disney,..the rest of us will have already left a good 5 days before ( we are staying with friends for a few days in GA). I paid for early bird check in for all 3 of them both ways. what is the procedure for them to print their boarding passes? Just log in fill in confirmation #and name and go? I just want to be sure I can give my 17 year old precise instructions since I won't be around to help should they need it!

I have never done early bird with Southwest before. I would think it works the same so yes just enter that info and print. If they have to check bags they could just get the boarding pass there. Then at the resort they would just go the airport desk and they will do it alll for them.

If they've got early bird check in, they can just pick up their boarding passes at the airport. If they want to print them out from home, just have him go to southwest.com and plug in their reservation info.

Yes just go to the ticket counter where you check your bags in. They will ask for ID and they can print them. Easy as pie!!!

And if they aren't checking any bags, most airports have stand-alone self-serve kiosks that are there specifically to print boarding passes for people with carry-on luggage only. That way you can avoid the line at the counter.

they will have no luggage! What about the fact 2 of them are 16 year olds with no ID...

I am flying to Orlando at 6am on Southwest. I did not purchase the Early Bird but was up this morning at 6am and got boarding passes for Line A. Also, I am taking my two nephews (under 16) and they do not need ID. That was your question but thought I would add.

If they are not checking luggage, print at home. By doing so you run no risk of having to stand in a line. If they were checking luggage, still print at home because the line for people that already have boarding passes that only need to check luggage can be much faster than the line that needs the attendant to do something.
