We have been checking our flights daily for Jan 23 & Feb. 1 to see when/if the prices drop. The 1st drop came this morning so I did the changeroo thing to get the $106 for a future flight credit. Yay! Keep watchin!

Just be aware that with Southwest, the credit expiration date is the date you purchased your initial tickets. Travel must be completed by that date. (we bought June 27, for 12/6. I now have $300 that I have to use for TRAVEL by June 27, 2009. With others you just have to purchase by that date.) The good thing is that you can purchase a ticket for someone else using your credit.

I saved my family $201 Friday because our flights Dec 25th and Jan 1st!! YAY! I chose the option for the money to be put back on my mom's credit card so they don't have to worry about using the credit. I was so excited about it!

Yeah, I figured at some point if we didn't use the credit a family member would. I'm crossing my fingers to get out to California in the spring to see some family and our 2 little twin Mouseketeers on the way. :)
