Southwest and DME

Planning a trip for next september, and am confused about SouthWest and DME. My interpretation of the sites i have read are that I would be able to fly SouthWest and take the DME to my resort (looking at Port Orleans), but would have to take the taxi back to the airport, is this the case? Or will DME take me back to the airport also?

Thanks in advance!!

I've booked Southwest for my upcoming trip and it is RT Magical Express.

When you make your WDW reservations, tell them what flights you'll be on, and they will send you everything you need. You'll be able to take ME both ways with no problem.

One thing that many do not realize...
If you're flying SW, you can print your boarding passes from home 24 hours ahead of time for your flight to Orlando , and if you ask at your resort, they will print out your passes for your return flight 24 hours ahead of time too.

It is roundtrip, but one thing that is different is you can't get your bags checked at the hotel- you have to take them with you and check them at the airport if you are on southwest- Continental and others have the ability to check your bags at the hotel before departure and then you don't have to lug them around once you get to the airport- plus you have your boarding pass printed out so you don't have to wait in line to check baggage and get boarding passes.
