Southwest Air Question

I am flying to Orlando via Southwest Airlines. They are not a "partner" airline, so the WDW hotels don't check your luggage, or print boarding passes for your return flight, as they do for say, Delta. My question is, I have to check in online 24hrs. ahead of time to ensure my children are seated together with us. Is there anywhere or anyone I can contact at the hotel or parks who would have the capability to go on-line and print boarding passes for us (we are staying at POR Riverside)???
Thanks!

hmm

We flew southwest last timne from Macarthur airpot on Long Island.

We stayed in Saratoga Springs. The people at the main desk allowed us to go to southwests web site and print our boarding pass. So you should not have anyproblems . Just ask the desk at the hotel that yoour staying in if you can do that.

Yes, just ask at the desk and they will print them out for you. We always fly SW, and have never had a problem having the boarding passes printed.

We just got back from a trip to WDW and faced the same problem, not just once but three times, as several of our party were departing at different times and days. I had the laptop with me, but taking the time to run back to the resort in the check-in time window would take time away from enjoying the parks, probably an hour and a half or more each time. Fortunately, I found on these forums that SouthWest Air has a great solution if you have a web-enabled mobile device such as a cell phone. It may take some practice before hand to get comfortable with it, but you can go to mobile.southwest.com and check-in from wherever you happen to be. You'll need your confirmation number and the name of one of the travelers, and you have to check everyone in that is on the itinerary. You still have to stop by a kiosk at the airport to print a boarding pass, but you get the early boarding group, and it tells you so as soon as you are successful.

Any guest services desk with a computer should be willing to do this for you!

We've done it at Animal Kingdom twice, as that happened to be the park we went to on our last day a couple of times.

Also, it's possible to get more than one Boarding Group Letter even if you all check in at the same time. No worries! Your whole party can board with whoever has the earliest Boarding Group Letter (A,B, or C)!

HAVE FUN!
