Does anybody think they could do something better now with this attraction? I mean if they were able to close down superstar television and also the SD Theater..You'd think you can put a new attraction there. What say you all?

They should put it back to when it was the Chevy Chase sound effect show. THAT was fun.
Amen! I always remember that being very funny to watch... what was it called the "Monster Sound Show" or something to that effect, right?

On the other hand, Sounds Dangerous is by no means a bad way to pass 10 or so minutes. I enjoy the cheesy humor; "Just your everyday office supplies...stapler... jar of killer bees..."

I think the booths outside the show, and the similar stations at Wonders of Life do a much better job at entertaining than the Drew Carey snooze show.

I agree, this is the most boring attraction at MGM. The Monster Sound Show was far more entertaining and funny then Sounds Dangerous. I wish this theater and the former Superstar Television theaters could be used for something far more entertaining.

Entertaining and fun with little need for thought or effort. I like it, but then again Im not infavour of the Pixarisation of WDW

....... the Drew Carey snooze show.

Sounds Dangerous is one of my favorite places to have a nice "cool-down" from the heat outside!

It's pleasantly cool, they politely extinguish all the lights and the audio is easily ignored. Sorta like my "White Noise" fan I sleep by.

The folx @ MGMStudios have my unfailing thanks for providing such a nice place to nap! It's a huge timesaver not having to head back to the room for an afternoon nap.

binaural sound is about as innovative as wheels that are round. It's been around virtually since the invention of stereo. That area of MGM could be so much more

i would love to see much cooler go into that space. also, they need to work on putting something in the other empty buildings.

There was talk amongst us, about a "Who's Line?" show. I think it would be a great addition.

*wishful thinking*

NOTE: This is a rumor created by a member of WDW Magic, it is just an idea and will most likely never happen.

Yes, but binaural sound can be very entertaining for someone who has never had the experience before. However, I agree, Sounds Dangerous needs to be replaced. I've heard the rumor that they are going to replace it with a new attraction called, Harry Potter & his Long Night With Britney Spears.

It's okay for what it is.

What it is is not as good as what it was, The Monster Sound Show!

But of course, this version is less labor intensive. One guy outside, one guy inside. (if that)

Other version had an outside guy, an inside guy and at least one sound tech.

Exactly... if you like the style of the Sounds Dangerous show, you should just do the booth thing afterwards. That way we can get something better in the main auditorium, and people who like the Sounds Dangerous style show can just use the booths.. sigh.

Didnt the show used to have Bill Murey? ( I dont think thats how you spell his name but you get what I mean)
No, but David Letterman did a bit on the TV in the queue for the old Monster Sound Show.
