I think MK has alot going on so people are complaining about the number of walls there, but at the end of the day its improving our parks for the better! The other parks only really have the main walls up at the moment for Soarin' and such, while MK has 20k, the stage, small world, so on. But still, in a large park, and in confined areas, its not too bad, part from maybe the large wall outside SGE.

It seems like they are doing more rehabs this year than normal. I could be wrong, but maybe they are getting the parks ready for the Disneyland's 50th anniversary celebration next May.

Admissions are up 18% this year, the economy is coming back. WDW now has the money to do refurbs, and they are needed after the cutbacks over the last few years.

Heeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyy Speck. Thanks for the Updates. Cool pics as well.:D As for the refurbishments, I'm glad they're happening, it's just that I wish they would do them when the parks are closed. Just like they used to do. Oh, well. Guess we can't have everything with you-know-who in charge.

Was the Tomorrowland stage only temporary? I once saw X-Mas trees sitting on the stage. Also I've never seen anything go on at the Tomorrowland Theater. What were both really used for?

First time I ever saw Sonny I thought, " is that?!" But audio-animatronics fascinate the bejebus out of me, so I had to sit and watch.

Because that is awesome. I did magic music days a few years ago, and we didn't perform there, but that would have been so cool!

It sure does. The one here in DL does the same thing, but back when they redid TL they enclosed the seating and added Sonny. It is really cool to see him go down and come up.

The Cosmic Ray's Stage is a full featured Stage. Sonny is just on the roof of the stage. When a show starts, the Sonny stops singing, an announcement comes on, and the actual stage is moved up. Sonny is on top of the roof of the actual stage, so he raises up and out of view. The actual stage has a wood floor... it's a good way to tell which one is up. :) Magic Music Days lasts most of the year. Normally, the stage goes back down after a performance... it is odd to see it up. There's not really a reason for it to be like that. Only thing I can think of is that the elevator broke. But who knows. lol. There's also a weight issue with the disguised large elevators. For example, the Haunted Mansion Streach Rooms in Disneyland can only hold about 12 people when they go up... when they go down they can hold more people. Sometimes large groups come in, with lots of equipment and that may have an effect on if the stage could move upward with them on it. So it's either that it's stuck, or it's a weight issue. :)

So is Sonny currently working at this time? I'm almost embarresed to say I don't know where the restuarant is. (unless this is the one across from the Speedway that I've been into a zillion times but never noticed Sonny)

When did Voldemort take over? I thought the source of evil at Disney was still Eisner... *jk*
