Song for your hometown

So I was listening to Empire State of mind by jay-z, and I thought how there could be a song like that for my hometown, Pittsburgh. I know there are some other yinzers on here, so you guys would enjoy it! So I thought that it could be by one of the hometown rappers for the burgh, either Mac Miller or Wiz Khalifa.

How would you guys do a song for your hometown, and who would you have sing it?

Well my hometown has no real importance to the world. I guess it used to be a big mining city before the gold rush started out west. I guess what I'm trying to say is there would be no point in having a song written for my hometown. 11,000 people just isn't a big draw these days.
