I've just spoken to Disney comms, who tell me the pavilion is in the process of reopening to guests. MDX still shows both attractions as closed.

Exterior Refrigeration unit caught fire with extension to the roofing membrane. Lots of smoke and looks a lot worse than it actually is, but no danger to guests or cm. I’d imagine some food offerings in France may be affected.

The French know what they are doing, it's their owm creations for crying out loud. The fire was more coming from the Flower Festival Booth side between France and Morocco maybe some rules there is encantignito!
