Disney's Blizzard Beachwater park is closed for refurbishment October 24 to December 11, and re-opens on December 12, 2004.

Disney's Typhoon Lagoonwater park is closed for refurbishment beginning December 12, 2004.

Thanks for the news, is it going to be anything major like a new attraction or so.

Ive never been, and probably wont be able to go to either untill summer.

I would imagine that BB's down time is just the traditional repainting and maintenance, stuff like that. TL is in the process of constructing a new water slide, what looks to be like the popular master blaster type. So TL's downtime may be for the traditional refurb and to complete the new area and slide.
