Some recent observations

Writing this the night before we fly home. Spent a wonderful week at Riviera and have some thoughts and observations I’d like to share.

-Mobility scooter use seems to have grown exponentially. I work in healthcare so don’t tell me about hidden disabilities, I’m well aware of this. But gosh I find it hard to believe that every single person using a scooter has a disability. Weight is not a disability either.
-For the most part cast members continue to be amazing. Some seemed worn out at times and, to be frank, I can’t say I blame them.
-Almost everything I ate was incredible. Disney is doing spice right. I love it.
-Geo-82 was incredible and all around better than Beak and Barrel. Beak and Barrel was fun but the time limit did make it feel a bit rushed.
-MK feels weird. I don’t see how Cars is going to fit into that area, but oh well.
-The new MK nighttime parade was underwhelming.

I might add more if I think of them. Cheers.

The increase in scooter traffic may be a few folks who use them to simply avoid walking around the Parks.
I am also aware of some people purposely doing so to take advantage of DAS passes and preferred viewing areas for shows and parades.

Agree about GEO 82. It was a really nice spot.
Beak n’ Barrel I also enjoyed, but yes, it was a far too rushed experience.
I actually was not able to finish what I had ordered and had to try to force feed myself in a couple of gulps before leaving.
Great themed space and the Cast was fantastic and totally in character.
Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy their company longer!
